Do you have a ‘little adult’ that feels they are too mature for our standard bootcamp, but a bit young for the full adult classes?
Then tween bootcamps may be the answer for you – We have so many children who are really wanting to emulate Mum and/or Dad, and love the idea of those awesome activities like kettle-bell swings, box jumps, battle ropes, assault bikes, ski ergs etc but fall slightly in-between the ages for kids and adults.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your mini-adult to compliment perhaps their club sport, or other sporting activity to help increase their flexibility, co-ordination, balance, core-strength, agility, strength, power and so much more.
Our session times will vary but these will be running of an evening during the week – If your mini adult would like to have a free trial, we know they will love it and enjoy the opportunity to build their confidence in a supportive environment.
